The Essential Non Executive Directors' Workshop

Date/Time:  Friday 10 September 2010,  08:45 - 16:45
Venue:  Chartered Accountants' Hall, London
Cost:  From £395 - see event page

NEDs are expected to provide a range of skills and expertise, plus a fresh perspective in the boardroom.

Our highly interactive, full-day training workshops will show you how to maximise your contribution to a board, and balance effective governance and organisational control with the expectations of stakeholders. This workshop will provide updates on recent developments, challenges, and key responsibilities of a NED in both listed and non-listed organisations.

The workshop is limited to a small number of delegates and will be highly tailored to your needs. It has been designed to support members who already hold a NED role, but aspiring NEDs will also learn vital new skills to help them prepare for their first non-executive position.

Workshop trainers: Patrick Dunne, Director, 3i and Martin Webster, Head of Corporate Governance Unit
