KennedyPearce Consulting specialises in financial recruitment throughout Financial Services, Commerce and Industry, and the Public Sector. Our highly experienced consultants cover the entire spectrum of accountancy and finance, and operate at all levels. As an expanding business, we focus on quality rather than quantity, individuals rather than statistics. We have a growing reputation for building long-term relationships through communication, market awareness and innovative solutions. Ultimately, however, it is our understanding of the individuals we work with that sets us apart.
We are divided functionally into two specialist areas, permanent and temporary, which work together to deliver intergrated solutions to client’s recruitment requirements.

Maintaining a strong relationship-based focus whilst keeping its broad multi-industry coverage, we continue to build on our strong networks in order to create new opportunities for our candidates. Whilst focusing on mainstream positions our team has had significant success in niche areas, such as overseas positions, language based roles, finance modelling and project roles within some of the most prestigious companies in London and beyond
